We have large experience organising Road Shows in the Middle-East, dedicated to regional, North-African and European/US listed companies.

We target “best potential” investors from our database and prepare a dedicated “Road Show Program” for each of our clients.

The CEO of CorpStation and its affiliated company Tradinfo have been active over the last 3 years in organizing Roadshows and Financial Conferences in the Middle-East.

In January 2007, Tradinfo has organized the first multi-broker event ever organized in Dubai (www.meetdubaiforum.com). On that occasion more than 20 European large caps have had the chance of meeting with local institutional investors, including sovereign wealth funds.

General Guidelines

Investors in the Middle-East countries have different preparation and mentality in conducting one-on-one meetings.
An adequate preparation of the meeting is fundamental to assure the success of the Roadshow, both towards the investors and the issuers.

Particular importance assumes the investors targeting; it is necessary to know the specific profile and nature of the company when visiting the Middle-East in order to attract the right potential investors.

Last but not least, the knowledge and the respect of the local Sharia rules is fundamental to avoid embarrassing situations and misunderstandings.
